KEF Loudspeakers

KEF are a British loudspeaker company who have been manufacturing hi-fi speakers since 1961 and have been amongst the market leaders ever since. Early loudspeakers such as the K1 and the Celeste were very successful designs and helped to establish the company. Nothing could have prepared KEF for the success of the LS3/5A which achieved sales of over 2 million units - a quite staggering figure.

Today, KEF (like their competitors) find they must offer a very wide range of speakers for many applications and have one of the most comprehensive range of speakers available.

KHT Speakers

The KHT series is the most popular line in the KEF speakers. The KHT (Kef Home Theater) range needs no introduction to many. KHT products have been winning awards in the hi-fi press since their launch and have incredibly successful. The 2005 system was the first to be introduced and made an immediate impact with its striking 'egg' design.

The KHT speaker range has since been expanded and models were introduced above and below the 2005 system. The 1005.2 SE system offers great performance and value for money and incorporates the smallest Uni-Q drive unit made to date. The 3005 SE system has received widespread acclaim. The 5005 system is an elegant, high performance speaker system which is ideal where compact speaker size is important.

Ci Speakers

The Ci range of products is aimed at the custom install market and offers a wide range of speakers suitable for in ceiling and in wall applications. Very few manufacturers offer as wide a range of custom install speakers as KEF who offer everything from a simple ceiling speaker to a reference in-wall home cinema product.
