Based in Edinburgh, Rupert has vast experience in sales and customer service. Having been a hi-fi enthusiast and musician all his life he decided to blend his customer service skills and passion for music and home entertainment equipment by forming the company. Rupert is not only known for the exceptional levels of service he provides to his customers but his meticulous attention to detail. 

Nick Morrow - Director (nick@james-morrrow.com, nick@boseglasgow.com)

Now based in our Bose store in Glasgow, Nick brings a wealth of experience with him having worked in home entertainment retailing for over 12 years. Nick loves music and has always been interested in hi-fi and electrical gadgets. Having always worked in specialist hi-fi retailing, he has advanced, wide ranging technical knowledge and like Rupert, is passionate about customer service. Nick is also a keen runner and has a marathon PB of 2 hours 45 minutes.

Daniel Mahon - Sales and Service Advisor (daniel@james-morrow.com)

Daniel works hard towards ensuring that all sales and service enquiries in the shop are dealt with efficiently. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and will go to great lengths to ensure customers receive great service levels and the right solutions. Daniel is also a keen runner and is looking forward to his first marathon. 

Mark Hardie - Installation Manager (mark.hardie@james-morrow.com)

Mark joined us after working for a number of years in restaurant management and was very keen to work in the home entertainment sector. Mark has an excellent record in customer service and has a sound knowledge of the audio visual market. His knowledge has developed very quickly over the last few years, allowing Mark to specify and oversee the installation of any bespoke AV system.  Mark also enjoys amateur dramatics, recently performing in 'Macpherson's Rant' & 'Bugsy Malone'.

Angus Widdowson - Sales Advisor

Having worked at our BOSE Glasgow store, Angus decided to move to Edinburgh and we are delighted to welcome him into the team here. He is really keen to develop his knowledge in audio visual systems and to help customers understand products so they are able to get the most out of them. He is greatly enjoying using Sonos system at home and is now enjoying his new platinum white Monitor Audio RX6.

Sam Davidson - Senior Installation Engineer

Sam joined us from a career in the electronics industry, having worked in Edinburgh for the past 7 years. He has become an integral part of the James-Morrow team. A quick learner with a keen interest in DIY and audio systems, Sam has become another key member of the team. He is developing very well in his new role within the company and is looking forward to his next Cyrus hi-fi upgrade!

Joe Naiff - Installation Engineer

Having studied Music Production at college, Joe is keen to learn how to optimise the performance of customer's systems. He is hard working and eager to help colleagues and customers alike. Working as part of the installation team, he has learnt quickly and is looking forward to building on his experience.  

Ewan Grieve - Installation Engineer

Ewan has always been keen to work in the audio-visual industry. Full of enthusiasm, he is excited to work within James-Morrow. He has very quickly become a key member of the team. We are very glad to have Ewan as a member of the team. We would also like to congratulate Ewan and Kirsteen on their recent marriage. A great day was had by all!
