The below terms and conditions (“the Conditions”) apply to your use of this James-Morrow HES Ltd online store and to any purchases you make through James-Morrow HES Ltd online store.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo and Delta) through PayPal. Payment can also be deducted from your PayPal account if you have one, upon completion of checkout.

Credit card payments will appear as PayPal on your statement.

Ordering

After submitting an order to us we will send you via email an order reference number and details of the products you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. We may decline your order for any reason, in which case we will contact you to confirm our actions.

Pricing

All prices quoted are in sterling and include VAT at the going UK rate at time of order.

For personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. James-Morrow HES Ltd reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by James-Morrow HES Ltd.

James-Morrow takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto this online store. Although every effort is made to keep the James-Morrow HES Ltd online store as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Ordering Products

We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and James-Morrow HES Ltd only upon those products being shipped to you.

Returns

No item should be returned to us without first contacting us. Please have your order reference with you when you contact us. We will supply a return reference number for the item, which should be used on all correspondence and clearly marked on the return package.

If you are returning a product to us please include a copy of your purchase invoice. We suggest that all returns are made using a secure delivery method, preferably one which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen on their route back to us.

Items returned for credit must be complete and in as new condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned in the original packaging and include any accessories (e.g. power supply, remote control, instruction manual). If items are missing it may affect the credit you receive.

All items returned to us must be sent carriage paid.

We will acknowledge receipt of the items once they arrive back with us.

Returns are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt.

Items received damaged or faulty

If you receive items in a damaged or faulty condition please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return these to us within 7 days. They must be returned with their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories. You will need to contact us for a returns number which should clearly be written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your parcel. Items should be returned using a secure method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Items returned to us without a returns number may result in a delay in resolving the problem.

Right to Withdraw – Distance Selling Regulations

Current legislation gives you the right to cancel the sale from up to 14 working days from receipt of the goods without penalty and without giving a reason. The following details would have to be complied with:

1. Cancellation must be in writing.
2. The goods must not be damaged or soiled in any way.
3. Goods should be in their original packaging.
4. The cost of returning the goods would be at your expense.
5. The goods must arrive back undamaged. Please consider insuring the goods before dispatch.
6. A full refund cannot be given for damaged or soiled goods
7. Customised items or orders cannot be returned.
8. Variations to these conditions may apply – subject to mutual agreement.
