4K projectors are a sought-after addition to anyone’s home cinema setup. You would have to spend around £5000 for the kit to do the job. Though, we’re not quite at the stage of paying in the hundreds for a 4K projector, we’re certainly getting there. Optoma have staked their claim in the (albeit slim) UDH Projector market with the UHD60 and UHD65, priced at £2499 and £2999 respectively.

Both feature UHD picture quality with HDR. A perfect edition to kick start your 4k home cinema and at a price that won’t make your eyes water.

The UHD65 has a slightly dimmer display but features Optoma’s Pure Motion technology which aims to improve frame-interpolation to reduce jitter, eliminate motion blur and makes for a silky-smooth viewing experience.

The UHD60 is available very soon and the UHD65 will be available towards the end of the year.
